4、 Precautions
Return shipping cost: We will bear the round-trip shipping cost for returns caused by product quality issues; Non quality issue returns require the buyer to bear the shipping cost.
Gift handling: If the order includes gifts, they must be returned together with the return, otherwise it may affect the refund amount or result in the refund request being rejected.
Coupons/Points: The portion deducted using coupons/points will be refunded based on the actual payment amount during the refund process. Coupons/points will expire and become invalid, and will not be restored.
